Alexander Vedyakhin, First Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of Sber, proposed introducing state support measures to stimulate the adoption of Russian artificial intelligence technologies in an interview with Forbes magazine. The top manager of Russia's largest credit institution and technological ecosystem emphasized that financial assistance should focus specifically on domestic developments.

As specific mechanisms, Vedyakhin cited tax relief and accelerated depreciation for AI tools. Furthermore, he proposed providing state subsidies to companies on the condition that they use Russian solutions in the field of artificial intelligence.
